About our project policy
The main criteria for EfD research are that the research should have the potential to impact on policy with respect to environmental sustainability and poverty alleviation, that it should be academically interesting, and that environmental and natural resource economics should form a crucial role in illuminating the issue studied.
The main responsibility for ensuring that research meets these criteria lies with the individual researchers, but the EfD programme also has a research committee which takes overall responsibility for screening and selecting research projects.
